By accessing or using BloggFast (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including visitors, registered users, and content contributors. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

BloggFast is an AI-driven blog and news website boilerplate for developers and publishers. The Service includes access to a Next.js-based publishing platform with integrated CMS, authentication, database, email, and AI content generation features.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use BloggFast. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business or organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to:

- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration - Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate - Keep your password confidential and not share it with others - Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account - Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in abusive behaviour.

You retain ownership of any content you post, submit, or publish through the Service ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant BloggFast a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content in connection with operating the Service.

You are solely responsible for your User Content. You agree not to publish content that:

- Is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or harmful - Infringes the intellectual property rights of others - Contains malware, spam, or phishing material - Impersonates any person or entity - Violates the privacy of others

We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms without prior notice.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:

- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service - Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without permission - Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service - Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service - Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits others from using the Service - Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm another person

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by BloggFast and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

The BloggFast name, logo, and identity may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of BloggFast.

BloggFast integrates AI tools to assist with content creation. You acknowledge that:

- AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or biases - You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content before publishing - BloggFast makes no warranties regarding the accuracy or quality of AI-generated output - Intellectual property rights over AI-generated content may vary by jurisdiction

You agree not to use AI features for the creation of misleading, harmful, or deceptive content.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

BloggFast does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BLOGGFAST SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

In no event shall BloggFast's total liability to you exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to us in the past 12 months or (b) USD $100.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without notice, if you breach these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) shall survive.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties.
